Using (AI) object detection, the system can automatically recognize an object and forward notifications to the responsible person, who can then check the notification via a VI-Viewer. Using a ground unit with 5 cameras, it is possible to recognize objects under the vehicle and to optimize recognition using training sets. The VI Software can be fully integrated into existing environments and has various customer-oriented modules available that can be individually adapted without affecting later updates, for example reports. The powerful server acts as a central data point and manages the recordings, actions and communications.
Notifications can be fully adapted to the work process. Consider, for example, passing on 3 different priorities: High – Medium – Low.
The notification can be passed on in all kinds of ways, such as a sound signal, light signal, an e-mail or text message to one or more people.
It is possible to distribute suspicious vehicles between different VI locations. You can also enter license plates centrally and make a link with authorities such as the RDW. Authorized persons receive a signal when a suspicious license plate wants to pass through a VI check-point.
A VI system can be used simultaneously by different persons or agencies, possibly spread over different locations and/or countries. Because these persons or authorities may have different rights or authorities, the VI database is structured hierarchically, so that it fits in any environment. Actions resulting from the results of the VI software are easier to organize because the location, date and parties involved are known. A certain pattern can be deduced from the history of the VI software, allowing planned actions to be more successful and the agencies involved to be better informed.
